Construction & operation of steam blowing silencer is same as per Steam vent silencer. Chamber is an expansion unit or section. While entering the fluid flow stream it has to be entered into the Acoustic Infill absorption area. Shell material is SA516 GR 70 , SA 36 , SA 240 TP 304 based on design and Customer requirements.
